Yes – We wanted to make it as easy as possible for you, freight is free for all dental practices across Victoria & New South Wales!  For all other states and territories we offer free freight for orders above $350.

Yes absolutely! Simply email [email protected] stating reason for return and qty etc that you would like to return and we will send you the needed delivery information to send it back at no cost to you!

Yes on all stock products, your order is dispatched the same day when placed by 1pm. For most regions of Australia this means next day delivery. 

Non Stocked Items – We will contact you to confirm – the majority of these orders would take between 2-4 working days.
